Becoming a Visa Infinite cardholder, you can get support during the validity of your card if you have any questions on the service card, by contacting a special telephone number, intended to serve the VIP-clients:             + (37410) 58-59-85      .

You can promptly get the answers to any questions related to the card maintenance .

  • How to activate the card?

Emergency card replacement

No one is insured from losing cards. In this case, you have to reinstate it as soon as possible for not  to interrupt a business trip or vacation. In such cases, we will give you a new card within 24 hours. And while waiting, we can return some cash.

Urgent cash

If there is no cash, missing or lost baggage, you just call  Visa or VIP support office, and the  cash in the amount of U.S. $ 5000 will be directly  delivered to your hotel or transferred to your specified bank account.

Urgent payment authorization

Now is the crucial moment trip, and your card is lost or stolen. We will try to solve all the problems: contact directly with the store or service hotel and make required payments.
